Return shipping

We advise using a tracked and direct service for products returned for a refund. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Sunsup Ltd assumes no responsibility for products that have been returned without a warranty claim.

2 Year Warranty

All Sunsup Ltd paddle boards are covered under a 2 year manufacturers warranty.

Any warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and a transfer of warranty is not valid.

Warranty returns

If we decide that any items are to be returned to us for a warranty inspection, you will be given all the necessary information on how to do so.

We will cover the return postage costs for items that have been accepted for a warranty claim.

Boards purchased from non authorised Sunsup ltd retailers

General wear and tear

Incorrect use/misuse of product

Damage or defects caused by use outside of its intended purpose

Accidents

Cosmetic defects

Commercial use/rental use

Irresponsible usage

Damage to fin or fin box caused by impact

Damage or defects caused by incorrect storage of the board in closed, damp conditions (eg wet board bag)

Lost or stolen products

Exposure to harmful elements such as extreme heat/frost.
