These terms and conditions are all transactions that relate to this website, governed by English Law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Sunsup ltd does not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. 

These terms and conditions only apply to sunsupboards.com, any other websites that may be linked to from this website are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operations of websites, which are not under our control. 

We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply. 

All content included in or made available through sunsupboards.com, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software is the property of sunsup ltd. 

Promotions 

Sunsup ltd runs promotions to its customers and reserves the right to cancel or amend these promotions if misused or necessary. All discounts can only be used once per customer, per item and cannot be shared or duplicated. Sunsup ltd reserves the right to cancel any order where they deem an order has been inappropriately used without the approval of sunsup ltd. Discount codes cannot be used on gift cards. 

Additional terms and conditions may apply to offers, competitions, pre-release orders and any other added value services. You will be notified of these conditions at the relevant time.

Contract 

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with sunsup ltd. sunsup ltd must receive the whole payment for goods or services that you order, unless a deposit or agreement has been explicitly made between you and sunsup ltd, before you order is confirmed. 

Once your order has been made sunsup ltd will confirm by email to the email address provided to us, that your order has been confirmed. If your order has been unsuccessful you will contacted by email to either complete the order or upon agreement, to terminate the order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment email which will include your name, order number and total price. Sunsup ltd's acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any agreement sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract. 

Sunsup ltd is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of inaccuracies or obvious errors regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an inaccuracy or error has been discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you via email as soon as possible, to inform you of the correct price of goods and to ask if you wish to continue with the order or to cancel it. 

Availability of goods

Unless you have made a pre-order purchase with sunsup ltd. If sunsup ltd has unavailable stock to deliver your order to you, we will notify you at the first instance and any money debited to sunsup ltd will be returned. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Sunsup ltd will not be obligated to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered. 

Please note, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. When we run promotions, please remember that stock is limited and therefore subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as possible but sometimes the process can take a few hours to update so we apologise for any disappointment.

Cancellation 

Sunsup reserves the right to cancel any order where we deem our terms and conditions have been breached. Once an order has been placed, you are not able to cancel or amend it. Please refer to our returns policy if you wish to return your order.   

The terms of this service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or when ceasing your use on our site. 

Liability 

It is up to the customer to advise sunsup ltd of any issues with their order at the very first instance available. Any problems with items should be investigated immediately and the product should not be used until safety is confirmed by a qualifying sunsup agent.
